Terms of Service
Version 1.0 · Effective 18 July 2026 · The Service is operated by the AWPREP team (operator's legal entity in the European Union — full legal details will be published here upon company registration; until then the Service runs in an invite-only founding programme).
1. What AWPREP is
AWPREP ("the Service") is a software platform for sports coaches who prepare athletes for physique competitions. Coaches purchase a subscription; athletes use their cabinets free of charge at their coach's invitation.
2. What AWPREP is not
- The Service is not a medical service and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
- All training, nutrition and supplementation decisions are made by the coach and the athlete at their own responsibility. The AI assistant is a tool that works from the coach's own methodology and data; its output is information for the coach, not a prescription.
- The Service does not encourage the use of any prohibited or prescription substances. Recording data in the Service does not make any protocol lawful or safe; compliance with local law and sport anti-doping rules is entirely the user's responsibility.
3. Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
- Coach accounts are created by invitation or approved application. Athlete accounts are created by their coach; the athlete activates the account personally and accepts these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
- You are responsible for keeping your password secure. Accounts are personal and may not be shared.
4. Subscriptions and limits
- Coach plans are billed monthly (Starter / Pro / Team). Each plan includes a number of athlete slots and AI actions per calendar month; unused AI actions do not roll over. Additional AI packs may be offered.
- New coaches receive a 14-day trial. Founding-programme discounts apply for as long as the subscription remains active.
- While card payments are being enabled, subscriptions are managed manually by the platform operator.
- If a subscription lapses, access to paid features is suspended; data is retained per the Privacy Policy so that a returning coach loses nothing.
5. Content and data
- Coaches and athletes retain all rights to the data they enter. You grant the Service the technical right to store and process it solely to provide the Service (see the Privacy Policy).
- The coach's Playbook and methodology remain the coach's intellectual property.
- You may not upload unlawful content or content you have no right to share.
6. Acceptable use
No attempts to breach security or tenant isolation, no scraping, no reselling of access, no automated abuse of AI features. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
7. Availability and liability
The Service is provided "as is". We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator's aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid by the coach in the three months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Termination
A coach may cancel at any time (paid period runs to its end). An athlete may leave at any time by requesting account deletion. We may terminate accounts for material breach of these Terms.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced in the Service at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
10. Law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the law of Spain and applicable EU law. Mandatory consumer rights in the user's country of residence remain unaffected.
